The objectives of the Prospect Hill Bushland Group (PHBG) are to:
· identify and conserve the natural biodiversity of the Bull Creek Range;
· generate ecological knowledge that will inform future management
· facilitate community ownership and stewardship for biodiversity
· prioritise and implement actions to have the highest benefit for biodiversity in the area
The purpose of the bushland group is to protect and restore native vegetation and fauna habitat across all participating properties and to encourage landholder involvement in these activities. The group undertakes weed and pest animal control, revegetation, erosion control, and biological monitoring.
